Ovulating 1 week after m/c?

I had a m/c last Thursday. This Thurs. I felt like I was O-ing. Took an OPK Friday AM and it was almost positive. Took another today - almost positive. Not the darkest lines I've ever seen, but very close to the darkest mine ever get (and they always get progressively darker right before my surge). Clearly my body is gearing up to O, probably this weekend. Just for sh*ts & giggles, I took an HPT - stark white. So, leftover HCG is definitely not what the OPK is picking up.
Guess my body's in a hurry!
Childhood cancer (DH) + chemo + radiation = 0 sperm.
LO #1 - 1 unmedicated/self-monitored IUI w/ donor sperm.
LO #2 - 1 m/c, 2 BFNs, 4th IUI worked (unmedicated/self-monitored with new donor sperm).

A girl I know got pregnant from o'ing that soon after miscarriage...
