I give up!!! I used the Boppy pillow to nurse my first two babies for 1 yr. each and it was awesome. I've been using the Boppy so far with the twins for 6 wks. now. It's always slipping if I sit anywhere except our glider in our room. I NEED a better pillow! What do you all recommend? My Brest Friend? EZ2Nurse? And is it worth it to get the one specifically for twins? And where did you get yours for the best price? Thanks so much:) I am ready to nurse comfortably anywhere!!!

Re: What Breastfeeding Pillow??? Please help!
I couldn't live without my EZ2 Nurse pillow. I joke that it's like my fourth child as it goes everywhere we go! I am impressed you made it this long without one.
I can't help with best place to buy as I bought mine at a MoM's sale. If you belong to a MoM's group maybe you can see if there is someone looking to sell theirs?
Good luck. You're going to love a twin nursing pillow
Is the brest friend pillow much different from the original? Do I need the twins one? There's such a big price difference so just wondering. Also, does the twins one only come in green? That's all I've seen since researching online.
Good luck finding a system that works (and trying to fit nursing into your already full family schedule---no easy feat!)

I have an EZ2 Nurse, and I love it. I tandem feed my girls hands free and have found the pillow to be exactly what I need, can't even imagine making it better. I bought mine in excellent used condition on e-bay for a much cheaper price than a new one (can't remember exactly how much though). I would try to find a used one since you can launder the pillow cover anyway.
I have both a regular My Brest Friend (which I got at a garage sale) and a twin size My Brest Friend. The twin size is much, much bigger. I believe it's comparable in size to EZ2Nurse, but I don't have an EZ2Nurse so I can't confirm.
I haven't breastfed yet, but the twin My Brest Friend looks good. I got it over the EZ2Nurse because I was able to get the twin My Brest Friend at BRU with a 20% off coupon. I spent my whole pregnancy looking for consignment EZ2Nurse pillows and couldn't find one. Finally last week I knew I'd need to just buy the pillow at full price somewhere. It was either EZ2Nurse, never having seen it, for $60 plus shipping (ordered online). Or twin MBF, for $75 minus 20% off, no shipping, picked up at BRU. I went with the twin MBF because it was easier and cheaper.
I notice there are a lots more positive reviews on here for the EZ2Nurse, but I suspect that's because it's been around longer. I'll post a review of the twin MBF when I get to the point where I can review.
I couldn't have done it without the EZ2nurse twins pillow. Worth every penny IMO. I bought a used one off ebay. GL
