(Almost) 30 Week Growth Scan Today

I can't believe I'll be 30 weeks tomorrow! My C-Section is scheduled for 6 weeks from today! Of course, the babies could decide to come sooner but it's surreal to think that no matter what, 6 weeks from now I will have 3 babies!! Anyway, all 3 babies looked great today. They're weighing in at 2 lb 9 oz (x2) and 2 lb 11 oz. I'm pretty pleased with their weights. They've gained a pound in exactly one month. My cervix is still over 4 in. and closed. My BP is holding steady at about 110/68. I have one more 1 Hr. GD test to pass. So overall, things are looking good. I'm getting pretty uncomfortable, but after a scan like today's I realize that it's all worth it! How's everybody else doing??

    How the heck are you 30 weeks already?!  That went by so fast!

    Congrats on such positive news all around.  You're doing a great job!


    After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!

    Ooooops! I just noticed I wrote that my cervix is 4 INCHES! Ha!! That would be something! Obviously, I meant 4 cm. Baby brain (x3)! I have no idea how I'm already 30 weeks! Even though I'm getting more uncomfortable by the day, I'm really getting sad at the thought of my pregnancy being almost over. I've really enjoyed being pregnant (once I got past all of the early complications). Of course the upside is that I'll have my babies here soon!

    That's awesome.  I'm so happy for you and your LOs. 

    As uncomfortable as this pregnancy is (and I don't even think I know the meaning of the word uncomfortable yet) I'm already kind of sad at the idea that I only get to be pregnant once.  We better keep them cooking and enjoy this one pregnancy for as long as possible! ;)
