Lightning crotch or something else?

I just took the dog out.  While walking around the yard I started getting a searing pain in my girly bits.  It brought tears to my eyes, made me hunch over, and forced me to stop walking around and hurry inside.

I vote lightning crotch. I got it so bad in Target once I couldn't walk and wasn't sure how I was going to get home.
