Think I am going to have to be THAT neighbor
We live in a fairly new housing development and some folks are moving into the house across the way. Their United moving van is blocking our driveway. I have to leave in an hour and think I am going to have to go over and be that neighbor.
Welcome the neighboorhood, move your sh!t so I can get out of my driveway.
Who does that anyway?

I don't think you'll be "that" neighbour. They're blocking your driveway, you need them to move. Period. A good way to introduce yourself...as long as you can keep from referring to their furniture as "sh!t".
THEN when they're all moved in, THAT'S when you become "that" neighbour. Surely you enjoy slam dancing in the front yard at 3am?

We were that neighbor when we moved in..a car was parked right in front of our house so we couldn't get the moving truck in.

I'm that neighbor, I have ZERO patience when it comes to that stuff, I'd head over there in a little bit so when you need to leave you don't have to wait for them to move. Nothing like a little intro and a move your effing truck

I don't think that is being "that" neighbor. They need to move their freaking truck so you can go.
Although, if you want to be "that" neighbor, I suggest walking over naked a little early, introduce yourself, and let them know that as soon as you get dressed you need to leave and ask if they could move their truck.

I think they qualify as THAT neighbor rather than you. Very rude!
Our neighbor doesn't have a driveway from the street. They access their parking with a carport in the alley that runs behind our homes. When they got a new roof put on, apparently the roofers didn't get the memo that that wasn't their driveway. I had to ask them to move their trucks twice and then watched them drop roofing materials all over my yard.
