Do you think this is the sign of a problem? NBR

My jellyfish sting has been fine (no itching and it's looked better).  Last night it was so itchy that it kept me up.  And looking at it this morning it's really red again (presumably from me itching it) and swollen. 

Should I call my primary care doctor and get it checked out?

Everytime I've been stung by a jellyfish the sting is gone pretty much the same day.  It could be a different breed of jellyfish or something, but I'd get it checked out if it's still been bothering you.
