OB recomendations in columbia md

I am 5 weeks preggo and I need some OB recomendations

Re: OB recomendations in columbia md

  • I went to Capital Womens Care - Dr. Davis delivered my baby.  I saw the midwife, Christina for most of my early appointments and saw all the doctors in the practice towards the end.

  • Thanks so much.  I just found out about my pregnancy obviously. I havent even seen a gyn yet in this area so I felt weird making an appt for something this big with some practice that I had never heard anything about and I had never been to for routine stuff.
  • I loved my OBGYN Sherita Gaskins at Columbia Women's OBGYN Group.

She worked tirelessly (even calling old teachers and colleagues)  on finding a diagnoses for some strange symptoms I'd been having and referred me to Shady Grove once we figured out I'd need an RE to conceive. I wanted to deliver at a different hospital under midwives, but I always miss her and wish I could have seen her during this pregnancy. I'd highly recommend the group. I did have a friend who stayed with the practice through her entire pregnancy and had a good experience with them and the hospital.

Ditto CWC.  I'm 33 weeks along and have seen everyone in the practice.  They're a wonderful group.

  • Dr. Esposito, Mayer Hogan and associates. I've seen all the ob's in the practice - and one midwife. I wasn't impressed with the midwife, but I love all of the doctors. They are outgoing, honest and very comforting as this is my first child.
  • I had a great experience with Johns Hopkins Community Physicians.  There are 4 OBs and a midwife.  When I was in L&D I saw all of them except for 1 of the OBs and they were all great there, as well as at appointments.  I highly recommend them!
  • I really like the midwives at Espisito's, they really take extra time with you. I am definitely not impressed with the secretaries though.

Dr. Gaskins delvered my son...she is fantastic!
  • I've been happy with the midwives at Esposito, Mayer, Hogan & Associates so far.  There are a lot of them, so some I've liked more than others.  I always get into my appointments on time, and the midwives take a lot of time with you.  No clue on the OBs in the practice.
