Just when I thought we were going to take a list of names to the hospital and decide once she was born, I think we may have a name. How does Avery Jane sound together? I want to use Jane for the middle name to honor a family member. Does is sound good as a sibling name to Chase Matthew? WDYT?

I like the name Avery, but it is just becoming WAY too trendy for my taste.  But I see your DS's name is Chase, which is also trendy, so I'm guessing you don't mind that.

I was thinking the same thing. I love Charlotte and think it is beautiful, feminine and classic, so while it is popular (#68 last year), I still love it and would use it. If popularity or being trendy (boy turned girl name) bothers you, I would not go with Avery (#32 last year).

That said, I do love Avery Jane! I just think if you are concerned about the above that it might not be the best choice.

That is my daughter's name! We spell it: Avery Jayne. I like the double y...one in each of her names. My husband likes it because his little nickname for her is A.J. Beautiful name if I do say so myself!
