student loan hell

Direct loans has my birthday wrong and they are making it hell to try and fix something they messed up in the first place

so I cant get on their website

in order to fix it I had to fax a copy of my DL to them. But my name on my DL doesnt match my loan because I got married. So I also had to fax my passport

But because my passport is old and my DL is new I have to change my name on the loan. because I changed my name on the loan I need a new pin.

When I apply for a new pin I got told the info already exists

When I asked if I would get a letter telling me my name and birthdate were changed I was told no to log on the site

I cant log on the site because it has my birthday wrong and I need a pin

You would think they would make things a little easier or even try to help seeing as I only borrowed 40K (2 degrees) but will end up paying them  more than 80K by the time it is paid off.
