but I'm young and desperate to say the least.

I just got a call today saying I have hypothyroidism .. does this make me a high risk pregnancy?

I dont think this makes you high risk. I found out through my blood work that I had this as well. Pregnancy caused it. I just take 1 pill( 50 mg) Synthroid every morning on an empty stomach.  My doctor told me it will go away when I am done being pregnant.

yeah I think that's what I take too, does it work for you? I just started this morning, I believe it's pregnancy induced as well.

I've had hypothyroidism for the last nine years, since I was 16.  I take 150mcg daily.  As long as the Synthroid successfully controls your levels, you shouldn't be considered high risk.
