I had my most recent u/s at my 1st OB appointment on Friday. She doesn't want to see me again until 12 weeks (8/20). In the mean time I keep running across signatures with m/c in 8-11 weeks range, and my mind is swirling.
My m/s has decreased, my energy level is up, and my paranoia has gone up right along with it. I was awake half of the night last night thinking about a baby with no h/b in my uterus.
I think I'm just too anxiety-ridden to wait until 12 weeks. Given the state that I am in right now, I can only imagine what kind of basket case I'll be if I wait another 3 weeks. Did anyone else deal with this? I'm not sure how I can just carry on without worrying
Re: I don't think I can make it
I have no advice but wanted to let you know that I feel the EXACT same way. Since we both feel this way, I'm assuming it is normal.

I remember exactly that horrible 4ww...
I'm sure your baby is doing just fine - You are in awesome hands with Dr. L.
Hang in there, let me know if I can help in any way.
4 Fresh IVF cycles + 1 FET where embies didn't survive the thaw = 2 perfect little men!
sFET 11/9/11 - Beta 11/18 BFP!
It's hard but the practice is pretty receptive, so if you feel like it's anything beyond PAIF anxiety, give them a call.
If they can help me bake my boys to 6lbs each, they can do anything!

I know the feeling. I recommend staying off the first tri boards period. It made me scared, paranoid and depressed. I ended up buying a doppler at 10 weeks just so I wouldn't go into convulsions.
::hugs::
Yes, I can totally relate. I did have a late m/c (found at 12 weeks) with my first pregnancy. Luckily my OB is awesome and arranged things so I would have an u/s with her at 10 weeks, my NT scan at 12 weeks, and then another check with her at 13.5 weeks so I don't have to wait the usual 4 weeks. I will tell you taht it is very rare to have a missed m/c so late in pregnancy. You have seen a healthy baby, and that is what you should try to focus on hon.
If you are really worried about the m/s going away, I would call the OB and see what they say. Hang in there!
