    I think it went OK. They didn't ask many of the questions I had prepped for, and I'm not a great interviewer, so it was a bit stressful. There were 7 people on the committee! The principal said he's let me know by next week what the decision is. I think they're hiring a 2nd grade teacher too, but haven't told anyone yet.

    Definitely have my fingers crossed for you. I'm sure you did great! Panel interviews always leave me a little jittery because I'm never sure who to look at, especially if only one person is asking the questions.

    I know, each person asked a question so at least I knew who to look at at first. Thankfully they only went around once! The principal was smiling and nodding so hopefully he liked my answers :)
