If I remember right you were reading a book about IF and suggestions, including diet to deal with it.  Can you remind me of the title of the book and what you think of it?  Thanks!

I'm about halfway through it and it's pretty interesting.  It will be helpful if you are going to do acupuncture.  There's a questionnaire that helps determine where you are out of balance and then it makes recommendations based on that.
