The Home Stretch!
Finally found an alternative for 3D/4D Ultrasounds to my OB, I was so pleased when baby was awake and smiled at the camera/ultrasound machine thingy! She's beautiful! Very alert; I guess the night time story books and classical music does promote alertness! It seems like she has a sense of humor now; when I am feeling lonely (because most of my family is at least 1 hour and 1/2 away) she will move or kick her foot up as if to say you always have me mommy! I am so excited to play with her! Now all that's left on our todo list is maternity photos and babyshower! I know its awful late for the shower, but it's this weekend! I am feeling alot more stable and prepared.. still a little insecure about meeting all of her needs, since she is my first baby, but everyone assures me that she will spark up an instant motherly instinct in me (lets hope so!) [If you have a negative comment to leave please refrain, my last post was meant to spark humor not controversy, I do not need your negativity I have my own =] I only post to vent or get info....but if you have any suggestions on where I can take good (cheap) maternity photos in the Spring/Woodlands (45N) area by all means suggest!]

This is where you should find another board. We're pretty give and get around here, so if you come flying in on your designer broom looking only to vent or get info as you put it, I suggest that you find someplace else to do so.
You haven't made such a great impression. If you want to stick around and for us to take you seriously, another suggestion would be to remove the chip off your shoulder, quit being such a b!tch, and start over.

I hold the same position that kimmer does. I think others do as well...and then many who probably just ignore you. In the small number of posts you've made all you've done is be rude or shallow

You're right it has been very entertaining for me, but since you have such a comradery of ladies wanting me to stop posting on this board I'll stop defending myself and do just that. =] I hope one day you realize how petty you are to want me to not post on a public board because of what I post about or how I look at pregnancy.

To the best of my recollection I don't believe anyone told you to stop posting. Quite the contrary, actually. The point we're trying to make is that you've made a super horribly bad impression (and continue to do so) here. Start over, be nice and odds are you'll get kinder, genuine responses.
Harmony said it best. We're local. We know each other. We don't always agree, and not everyone here gets along. But we're respectful of each other, and we have a happy little (mostly drama free) community here where we support each other. Don't come whipping through with your attitude and drama and expect to be welcomed with open arms.
But we (for the most part) also love a good GBCN, so if you're gonna get all dramz on us, by all means get on with it. We could use a good show.

Your first post here was crazy and awkward. You tell us how you can't fit into your pants (well duh you are pregnant) and how you buy designer clothes for your daughter(FYI... to spit up on because thats whats going to happen)
Imagine if someone did this to you with a group of friends? Then she called you a loser. I'm pretty sure you would roll your eyes and say something or maybe not because thats petty. Who knows.
We are a very welcoming group. We know each other. When someone calls one of us a name we take up for each other.

...I have done exactly that.. you all got what you wanted I said I was done on your board what's the problem now? I think you all just need someone to attack, don't worry I understand the woes of pregnancy hormones. But I am finished defending myself, you all have kids mother them, I don't need mothering on how to post on a local board I'll simply post on one of the other sites I'm affiliated with or one of the first time mom boards and everyone is happy. (or so you would think...) My first post was awkward; this is my first baby everything about me is awkward right now LOL. I have gained too much weight ACCORDING TO MY DOCTOR and if I want to buy my baby designer shoes and can't afford them why does that bother anyone?! I thought someone would understand what I was feeling, I apologize if I picked the wrong board to vent on, but I won't apologize for being someone you find shallow or petty because I find most of your issues with me petty. We are all welcome to an opinion so have yours. This is my last post ON THIS BOARD ladies, it's getting ridiculous and I am nobody's drama pot for daily entertainment ;-P
If you're going to quote me, quote EVERYTHING. Honey - no one gives a rat's booty about your designer clothes. Trust me, you aren't the only one dressing your kid in designer clothes. You also aren't the first to worry about losing their figure.
