I am **very** excited to sell this house (for the most part), but I am dreading the actual process of sellng it.

    Good luck!!! We had sold ours not that long ago.  We took pictures off our walls, took some furniture to my MIL's house (things we weren't using), along w/ some of DD's toys. We listed our house Feb 1, and had settlement April 16th.
