Going to a friend's birthday party up in Nashville on Saturday night. I bought a cute dress for the occasion...nothing fancy. Well, just got word that its now "cocktail attire". So, how can I make my dress "cocktail"?

Here's my dress, but its a sapphire blue color.

I would get a shiny silver clutch and maybe a nice long sparkly necklace. You can't really do a belt with that dress, so that's out. And don't forget fab shoes!

I have some great black peep toes...would those work or would silver be better with a silver clutch?

definitely wear heels, and wear some big dangly earrings with it too. Cute dress!
