I'm a big fan of rapid release Tylenol, it takes the edge off nicely.

Aleve always worked great for me. Midol has the same medicine as Tylenol.

Midol never worked for me, I use Pamprin and that works much better.

3 regular advil. i have rx 600mg, which is the same. you can ask your OB. for me, ibuprophen products work way better than tylenol.

I second ibuprophen I take 3 as well... when I was in the hospital last week having DS my OB was having me take 800mg.

I like Naproxen Sodium for cramps (Aleve) or if I don't have that 3 Ibuprofen
