trying to decide btwn the IL and our neighbor 2 doors down. I had a great plan all laid out for DH and he didnt like it. So I gave up and told him to decide, and he keeps saying his mom, then the sitter (which is my choice) and back and forth...

Worst case scenario, try one baby sitting situation for two weeks and see where it goes.  Then if you're not happy with it, you can switch to the other.  Just a thought.  Not sure if that will work with the neighbor but the IL will probably wait two weeks (or be more likely to).  GL!
