Grilled chicken Hawaiian rolls and some kinda veggie, and my SO's fave mashed potatoes im sure of it.
That sounds so good. We are just making a whole chicken. I bought the perdue chicken that comes in a bag and you just cook it for a couple of hours and it comes out juicy and tasty. Then some rice and veggies on the side.

Leftovers from last night but I will make more asparagus. I make a bowl of bruschetta but instead of putting it on bread I put it on chicken breasts after they have been flattened a little and cooked in a skillet. I put them in the oven for a few seconds to melt the cheese a little. Sooo good. I serve it with rice and asparagus.
I did crockpot chicken last night with carrots for DD and DH (and leftover pasta for vegetarian me). I need to use the leftover chicken and am thinking chicken/black bean/corn quesadillas. Need to get in a veggie, still thinking about that.
Goulash that MIL had made when she was here that we froze. Not sure why it's called Goulash when it tastes like spaghetti - lol. But DD LOVES it so at least I know she will eat well tonight.
Turkey meatloaf, mashed potatoes with leeks, and carrots on the side. I bought way too many leeks and carrots so they're going into everything this week. LOL.
chicken soft tacos w/ chips and salsa and refried beans. i pulled the chicken off a grocery store pre-roasted chicken and then simmered it w/ some water and 2 packs of taco seasoning.

Did you see this recipe on PW for Pasta w/ Pancetta & Leeks? I'm trying it on Saturday.
Tonight we are just having spaghetti w/ meat sauce, broccoli, and garlic bread. Nothing exciting.
Whole wheat pasta with veggies (asparagus, cremini mushrooms, onions, broccoli rabe and cannelini beans) and garlic bread. Champagne and pistachio gelato after dd goes to bed!

DS will probably have mashed potatoes, butternut squash, Greek yogurt, and a few finger foods (fruit and maybe some Goldfish).
DH and I are having grilled burgers, leftover homemade cheesy potatoes (YUM) and steamed green beans from my mom's garden.
