Wesley - really like this name. Even though the character in Princess Bride is spelled cre8ively, I've had a soft spot for this W name for a long time.
Wyatt - I know a lot of people on here don't care for it, but I get the image of an intelligent cowboy...maybe too many Westerns growing up (could also explain my love of the name, Shane). And it's got a great meaning.
Love the middle name Orion - it's nice to see some fun with middle names (personal preference of course). Any particular reason behind that one?
ETA: Sorry, Wile E. was the coyote (though still sounds the same), and Wylie is a city in Texas
Orion is my favorite boys name, but DH only likes it as a middle name. I love that it is different and I don't know anyone will the name. Wylie is his favorite boys name, but it does remind me of the coyote! Orion may end up as a first name still, but at the moment we are at these 3 "W" names.

How does he spell it in Princess Bride?
Okay, I was slightly off - I thought they had spelled it Weseley, but in fact it's Westley, which to me is still slightly cre8ive as a variant of Wesley, but it is a surname. Although the other main character is Buttercup, so you know...not much of a guage.
So long as your last name doesn't start with a W, I think they're all acceptable names. Wesley Orion stands out to me as having the best flow and sound to it. The others combine their long I sounds with the long I in Orion and sound a little funny, but altogether, not horrible.

I love Wyatt! I'd love to use that, but our first son will be named Everett and DH doesn't want two sons with a double t (I love double t names). Wylie is my ex-boyfriends name, so I'd never use it, but I don't see anything wrong with the name. Wesley is NMS.
Re: opinion on these boys names
Wylie - I think you were going for Wiley? Because Wylie is a cartoon coyote...either way, I'm not a fan.

I like Wesley.
Wylie is pretty awful to me, especially spelled that way.
When I hear the name Wyatt I think backwoods.

I love the names Wesley & Wyatt..wanted them on our list but DH vetoed Wyatt, Wesley still has a shot though! I'm not really a fan of Wylie -- at all.
With your midde name choice, I think Wesley Orion sounds best.

Wylie Orion: reminds me of Noah Wylie from ER, but also looks like it's part of that "-lie" ending trend, like Kylie, etc. Not a good thing.
Wesley Orion: love, love, love! Wesley is awesome, and flows beautifully.
Wyatt Orio: It's okay. Not the best flow, but okay.
