Easy dessert recipe

Anyone got a good, easy dessert recipe?

I am going to a fish fry on Saturday and asked what to bring. The hostess said she would love it if i brought a dessert.  I am not the best at cooking. 

So any ideas would be great.

Both of these are so good and easy.  It's the same thing, just one is peanut butter.  I suggest sticking the pan in the freezer between making each layer.  It just makes it easier to spread the next layer on.

What's easier than picking up an angel food cake and some strawberries? Add some whipped cream and you're good to go. And now, I want dessert.

On www.bakerella.com there is a recipe that involves making a box of brownies and then dumping in chunks of chocolate chip cookie mix and baking. It's very good and tastes much better than a "box" mix!
