I think the only option left is Leia if they keep with that pattern. Both nice names in their own right, but yeah...I imagine something like El-Lyla and Ly-Ella....something my mom (Elise) had to go through, and her sisters were Michelle and Annette.

I don't think it's that bad. It's much better than my DH's cousin who named her boys Cayden and Brayden (not twins!)

She will be stumbling over those 2 names forever.  I'm Kelly and my sister is Katie, and my mom still accidentally calls us by each other's name.  The 2 you mentioned are much more similar.
