this is my first pack of loestrin & now I'm on the 4 brown iron pills & I'm on pill #2 and haven't started my period.  How long does it normally take to start your period on this pill & if it takes a few days how long do you have a period for...2 days?

I take my 1st brown pill tonight.  I was wondering the same thing.  My friend flies in from Korea tomorrow, & our friend from college is getting married on Saturday.  This is a big girls weekend for me.  I'd really LOVE not to have my period the entire time.

I haven't taken it for a long long time, but I think I got it on the third brown pill. It varied though. I also skipped the brown pills many times and just didn't get a period.

i used to take loestrin 28 and like clockwork would get it on the 3rd day in the am.

I was on Loestrin 24 and absolutely hated it. I was constantly bleeding, even though I was taking it at exactly the same time every day. And it was a heavy period not just spotting. But it could have been just my body reacting to the lower dose of hormones that are in the pill.

I just stopped taking it after 7 months... I hated it. I had horrible side effects and would only get my period every once in awhile... it was soooo annoying wondering if i was pregnant every month. So you may not get your period at all!

yeah I was freaking out that I may be KU!  LOL
