While I love the name Claire (DD's name), I don't think it works with Elle. Elle Claire sounds too much like eclair to me. I really think you should look for a two syllable (or more) middle name to offset the single syllable first name.
I definitely think you need a longer middle name to flow well with Elle since it is only one syllable and so short and simple. I don't care for any of the three combinations you mentioned.

Because of all the Ls it sounds like a long squished together name and not to separate names. Although I do like Lianna, I have a cousin with that name.

While I do love the name Brynn
I think that you need a longer MN to go with Elle. I would also avoid names that also have a dominant "L" sound.
It may be too traditional for your style, but I immediately thought Elle Marie. I also like PP suggestions of Elle Renee, and Elle Sophia.
Again... with Elle, you need a longer mn.
Elle Scarlett
Elle Evangeline
Elle Elizabeth
Elle Vivienne/Vivian
Elle Victoria
Elle Katherine
I think that anything that goes with Elle is going to go with Ellie.
