I like the feminine simplicity of this name... thoughts? Too plain? I like Annie as a nickname. any other variations of this name? (I can think of Annika, Annaliese, Annabelle)

I love Anna - it's simple with an elegance that grabs me...probably because of the movie, The King and I. "I do not believe there is such a thing as snow"
Annabelle is a favorite of mine, but Anneliese is beautiful too. Still, I think in this case, I'd stick with Anna.
Re: Anna
I have always loved Anneliese!
In Polish, a diminutive of Anna is Ania "Ahn-ya."
I love the simplicity and elegance of Anna.
But, here are some lists of other Anna names:
Names that start with Ann-
Names that include -ann
I love Anna. Just Anna.
However, I don't like any of the longer variations.
