Left or right question

This might sound dumb but when the dr refers to you right or left side how do they mean it?  My left is my left or them look at me left?  Does that make sense?  I am asking because I had a 24 follicle on the left and a 13 on the right. My right side has been crampy and I have been having little twinges all day.  I'm hoping that its an embie getting comfortable.  I'm 8dpiui today.

    There are no stupid questions here!

    I believe that when they say "right side" they mean YOUR right side.  That's generally how it is in all medical things.

    Hopefully those are implantation cramps.  Good luck!

    Good question.  I never really thought about it before.  I always assumed they were talking about my right and my left.  I go in Monday for a beta, I'll have to ask the nurse.

    I always wondered that too like when they told DH to "aim left" ... my left or his?  LoL
