what a hassle to run errands!

today, I ran two errands with both kids and between getting the stroller and the kids in and out of the car, it took all morning! geez!

    I know how you feel. I do it with 3 in tow! LOL! BUT, it comes as second nature to me right now......it's a hassle, but one that I can't get rid of at the moment! LOL!

    Even just getting a cup of coffee is a hassle. I will drive 6 miles out of my way to go to a drive-thru rather than get all 3 kids out of the car for a cup of coffee!

    Once I got a system going it was much easier.  Now that I am throwing the third one in the mix, who knows.  My plan now is to wear her.  We'll see how it works.

    LOL - this!! I wish everything was drive-through these days.

    You'll find your groove, though. It really does get easier with time. I never thought I'd be able to do the big weekly grocery shopping trip with both boys alone, but I manage just fine now.

    I find myself saying, "Let's go before anything happens" a lot. Once I say that, my DH knows that we have to go.now. The times we haven't gone have been disastrous, especially the time that we were headed out for pictures and DD1 found a soda in her reach and dumped it all over herself and her perfect little dress.

    With just one, I would always try to time things perfectly between naps, feedings, diaper changes, etc. Now I just throw everything into a bag and if we have to deal with it when we are out, so be it. The timing will never be perfect to leave, so we just leave when everyone is reasonably ready. It works for me.

    I know exactly how you feel!  It's definitely a challenge!
