WTF?! How to get crayon out of clothes?!

My week just keeps getting worse and worse. Evidently, DH had crayon in his pockets (don't ask me why) and I washed and dried it. Now the entire load of laundry has specks of green and yellow crayon. Any idea how to get it out? I've googled it and have a couple things to try, but wondering if someone here has personal experience with this. TIA!

I have done this with orange. I couldn't get it out and threw away the clothes.

Place an old tshirt over the specks and use an iron to lift it off. It may stain though.
