Aleksander v. Konrad (poll)

We thought we'd settled on Aleksander, but Alek/Alex, etc, may be a bit too popular for us!  I really love both of the names pretty equally!  

Anyway, I'd love to know what you think between these two names!  We're using the Polish spellings because of the Polish last name and we may be moving back to Poland at some point. (DH is from there).  

The MN will be Marek after my dad and DH's brother. 

(LN is transliterated.)

I like both names, but would probably lean toward Konrad since it's less common. Also, I remember having a crush on a really cute Polish guy named Konrad when I was growing up!

I've always LOVED Marek, but I think that there'd be WAY too many floating around in our family.  Thus, MNing it!  I'm pretty partial to -ek names too!

I also like Radek for a NN, so if we went with Konrad we could use that NN.  

We'll see!
