S/O Swimsuits

Caroline has a suit that has kind of a lining in the bottoms.  Do you think that this lining is so that she doesn't have to wear a swim diaper?  If we're at a public place, I usually go ahead and put the swimmer on her also.  But just in her little kiddie pool, I usually don't worry about it. 

Just wondering if I don't have to use the swimmer with this suit.  Anyone know?

I don't have a LO so I don't know much about their swim wear, but I do know that my sister lets my nephew swim in his kiddie pool at home in the buff, so I say do what ya like!
