We've never put ours in the crib but a friend of ours did when we went to visit their new baby. I forwarded it on to her.

I confess, DD was congested this weekend so we let her sleep in her nap nanny in our bed - it was the only way I felt safe co-sleeping with her and it kept her elevated but seems that wasn't so safe either. No more of that. On the floor is the only place it goes. How very tragic.

I actually keep it on our bed in the middle during nap time and i'm not planning on changing that.  I don't even harness her in, I've never been too concern about it.  But that's because it was only for nap time when we're awake and able to monitor her (I watch TV in the room when she's napping) and we never used it overnight or anything.
