I had heard that you tend to lose strength in your hammies while PG so I've made a point to keep working them but goodness! I can't do anything with them. I tried to do hamstring curls today and had NO weight and it was hard. Booo! Anyone else notice this or find a way to defeat mother nature?

When you are pregnant you sit down a lot. Sitting deactivates the hamstrings.
Just keep working them. I'm guessing you are doing standing hamstring curls as laying hamstring curls would be tricky.
Another great excercise is walking lunges just using your bodyweight. Look them up.
