Training Pants.. which are better?

I think it is time that I seriously look into potty training my son. He is showing all signs that he is ready, so why not... right? I am going to head out at lunch to buy a box of training diapers, but not sure which is better... Pull-ups or Easy-ups. I have been using the Pampers brand since day 1 and I have not had any problems with them, but I am not sure which training pant is better..... any thoughts? Thanks!

Our son treated pullups like diapers so we had to go to the cloth training underwear. We have had good success with that. He can definitely tell he has had an accident.

ds#1 also treated pull ups like diapers. the only thing that worked for him was putting him in real underwear. everything else was too similar to a diaper for him. yes this meant lots of accidents and lots of laundry but it really only took about 2 days for him to get it.  he would get diapers at naps and bedtime then went to cloth training pants then he insisted in underwear for naps and bedtime too.
