Can I make a site on here like you do on the KNOT?

on the knot.com  you can have a wedding "site"  where you tell about the bride and groom - -  talk about the reception and wedding - - post your registry... etc.  can you do something like that on here??

Yes.  You can set that up.  Just click "edit your profile" and there will be information on how to do this.
