this was my RE's explanation. Also, the aspirin can help if there is any possibility of clotting issues.
and Kristy - my RE said POM was fine with aspirin, as well was estradiol he prescribed to help my lining too.

This is exactly the reasoning for it. Increased blood flow to the uterus = increased lining, apparently.
That was my experience as well in the 5 months I was on it. Side effects were fairly minimal but included random breakthrough bleeding (from the super thick lining? Dunno), 3 days of spotting after AF was done, and bruising. All. over.
Overall, I'd probably take it again with a confirmed clotting issue or lining issues.
Re: It seems counterintuitive that baby aspirin would THICKEN your lining.
