I'm on Day 4... I notice that I'm feeling more energized and can tell the muscles in my arms will be better after it. I've read lots of good reviews from women on here so I figured its worth a shot! I figure it has to help ...not sure about the 10lbs in 30 days... but I bet it will do something since its so tough! Good Luck!
I did this work out for 45 days, and along with a high protein diet, I lost 15lbs. To be honest, I wish I lost more weight...but I did lose inches off my waist and my arms are a lot more toned.
When you start make sure to take all of your measurements. That is what I noticed first. you lose inches along with pounds. I lost 10 pounds and 10 inches in 30 days. It does work!!!
