I like turkey burgers, chicken burgers, and beef burgers. I usually have turkey burgers. I always eat them the same with lettuce, yellow mustard and pickles. No cheese.
I make a great Texas chicken burger. It has shredded zucchini, carrots, green onions, cayenne pepper in it. The veggies keep the meat moist.
I like the turkey burger, but sometimes Ijust love a good ol' beef burger, cheese, grilled onion, lettuce, tomato, a little mayo ... I like a salad on my burger. Love a huge slice of tomato. yum.

I'm interested.... so you shred it thin and then mix it all together? does it stay together well alone or do you have to add something to keep it together. I could see carrots a flyin' in my house. lol
Either veggie, turkey or beef works for me. (Although I'm more likely to choose beef...) I like it grilled medium well and not too thick. I usually choose all of the traditional toppings (cheese, lettuce, mayo, pickles) and stay away from mustard and onions. (Unless they're grilled...yum!)
There's a really yummy turkey burger recipe in the Martha Stewart Everyday Food cookbook that I like. It has mustard, grated Gruyere and green onions in it.
I like regular burgers, too. On a bun with lettuce, tomato, a tiny bit of onion, ketchup, mayo. Well seasoned (but I have never had a recipe that I actually like, so I usually just dump in a bunch of S&P and hope for the best).
And fries, please.

I love a good turkey burger (with lettuce, tomato and mustard) but I wouldn't ever turn down a beef burger (topped with cheese, lettuce, tomato, ketchup, onions and pickles). DH also makes a super yummy salmon burger that is awesome with chipotle mayo and scallions.
