Tea Collection - sizing for girls?

Ok, so how does Tea run for girls?  There are some really cute dresses that are knit and look comfy, and I would love to buy them for Scarlett.  But I'm concerned that if it runs somewhat big, she wouldn't be able to wear them since they start at 6m.

I'd say it runs small, although a couple of times I ordered something a size larger with that in mind and they ended up being too big.  For the most part small.

If anything I've found that they run a bit on the small side. My kids are both scrawny but usually wear a full size larger in Tea than they do most other clothes. The knit pants, IMO, are especially small. The elastic waists are fairly tight and the legs are short (works great for dd and ds since they're short and skinny, might not work as well for others.) I haven't noticed that to be true of their jeans and other non-knit pants- those seem pretty much true to size.

Thanks... I'm thinking I might be able to get away with a few 6m things for the late fall/winter then.  ::crossing fingers::

I think it runs small for boys, but wasn't sure if it was the same for girls.  Sounds like it is!

You should be fine with 6 months!

I just got the catalog yesterday, and the baby in that shirred neck pink dress and legging made me want another baby girl Have fun shopping!

I ordered 2 dresses in size 3 for DD, theoretically for next summer. But once they got here, it looks like she'll be wearing them this year and maybe this fall with layered shirts underneath. The 4s will be for next summer.

yes, the catalog sent me over the edge!  I love Tea for Jackson, and it's just so comfy so I'm satisfying my shopping urges for Scarlett with items that are like that so I don't end up with full blown crazy outfits for an infant, you know? 

Also, Amazon has good deals on Tea right now - I got a few things I wanted for Jackson and if you spend $50 you get $10 off (plus free ship) and if you spend $100 you get $25 off (plus free ship).  Weirdly enough it took off $35 when I checked out with my $100 order?  But worth a shot if you need any Tea!
