Dear husband,

thank you for calling to say that you'll be late tonight. But really, it wasn't really necessary for you to call since I already noticed you were late....You weren't home at the time you said you would be so yeah, that makes you "late".

Please call ahead next time.....as I've asked so many times before. Just call when you realize that you have to work late. And that's not when you've worked late for half an hour then have walked to the metro and are waiting for it to arrive, but that's right after your regular workday is over and you start doing overtime b/c that's when you know you won't be home at the time you said you would be.
