Prenatal Exercise Classes near Louisville

I'm new to KY and live in the Anchorage/Pewee Valley area...  does anyone know of any good prenatal exercise classes near here?

You live realllly close to me. I used to work in the Anchorage/ PeWee Valley area and it was a seven minute drive from my house near Crestwood/ Hwy. 22!!

Welcome to the Louisville area! I know there are some Pilates classes in the Norton Commons development, but I don't know of any specific prenatal exercise classes.

Let me know if you find anything! This board is kind of dead, but keep checking back for other replies.

Thanks for the reply!  I was starting to think this board was totally dead. Haha.

I'll have to look into the Norton Commons Pilates!  Thanks for the info!  I will let you know if I come across anything else.

I love your countdown to margaritas -- too funny!  I feel the same way -- especially for wine.  Yum!

I have been going to the prenatal aquatics class at Mary T Meagher! It has been a great way to keep active! There are not too many pregnant women mostly seniors but a great class!
