Dark armpits, anyone?

This is kinda gross, but I have dark armpits!  I'm a very fair skin person (blonde hair, green eyes) so this change in my skin color under my arms looks REALLY bad.  It's not dirt, or hair either. 

Anyone else notice thier armpits get darker????

I HAVE!!  I'm so glad you posted this.  I thought I was just going crazy and just didn't notice it before.  Mine aren't super dark, just slightly darker than before and I wax so I knew it wasn't hair.  I guess it's better than pregnancy mask though!

Yes, me. I am pretty fair as well and I noticed this in the last couple of weeks.

I thought I was the only one. I was freaking out thinking that maybe I completely forgot how to wash under my arms. I also have a dark spot on my neck since pregnancy too.

Me too. Mine looks like a horizontal line running through my armpit. And it gets itchy too. Oh joys.

It's so funny you posted this!  I noticed mine the other day, but didn't really think much of it.

Yes, I noticed it the past few weeks. I read somewhere that it's normal during pregnancy, certain areas of the skin will darken.

I have it too, My under arms look dirty LOL But its the only real skin discoloration Ive gotten since being pregnant, besides your normal darkening of areolas really. No line of Niagra or anything else.

I have this and didn't connect it to pregnancy. I hope that's what it is and goes away soon. My mom was kind enough to ask me about it and I was really annoyed and was just defensive about it. It didn't occur to me that it was from pregnancy.

oh, glad i'm not the only one! i tried scrubbing it off, but that doesn't really seem to help. sucks cuz i feel like i have to cover up, it's hot. i'm also getting skin tags around my neck area.
