what trimester am I??

Preggo Brain = STUPID QUESTION

I start week 12 today.  One of my tickers says I'm now in my second trimester???  Am I?  I thought I had another week to go.

I'd also like to know the answer to this! Some people tell me 12 weeks and others tell me 13 weeks.

It gave me 3 different dates, labeled gestation, development and conception.  According to development, I am now in 2nd trimester.  I have no idea what any of this means...

I am  11w 2d but in my 12th week. If you are 12wks that means that you are in the 13th wk which is the start of the 2nd trimester.  I was quite confused in the beginning myself and decided to consult every pregnancy website I could find.  www.babyzone.com has a calendar that really helps me keep track.

It depends on where you look. Some say 12 weeks and some say 13 weeks. If I remember correctly, it is more accurately 13wks 3 days though.

It completely depends on where you look and who you talk to.  My doc says 14 weeks is the start of the 2nd trimester.  I say just go with whatever makes you happy, because when it comes right down to it, it doesn't matter.

I looked through the assortment of books I have around my house to find out that they all say different things!   The one book says 2nd tri starts at week 13 and another says week 14.   So, who knows???

this. I will move to 2nd Tri at 13 weeks because its what my doctor says.
