I make black bean salad a couple times a week. lol  I use fresh tomatoes, cilantro, lime juice, onion and black beans.  Season with garlic salt. Yummy.

Is that a cold salad?? This is a hot salad you simmer for like 15 min and the juices soak thru to the rice, it was YUM!
