I work from home 2x a week, in the office the rest of the time.  For the 1st time in the 6 years since I have lived here, my 1 neighbor with a pool has people over - by people I am talking about a handful of tweens - and they are loud as heck.  And not just in having fun, splashing in the pool fun - they are screaming, screeching and yelling.  On the bright side - they do not have any music playing although right about now, I could use some loud music to cover them up.  Seriously it is really hard to concentrate on work with all that noise and my office is all windows (is our 4 season porch converted to my office) and totally faces the pool.  I so hope this company is not here to stay - at least they better be gone by Friday when I work from home next.  They are giving me a headache.

If it's the first time in 6 years I think I'd let it slide. 

And I'd play my own music loud enough to cover it up ;-)

I am letting it slide - just annoying - and to top it off the guy who lived behind just started his drum practice.  At least he is good at them so its not painful like the kids.
