When do they stop playing with rattles?

I found some really cute rattles I might like to give as favors to the babies at LO's first birthday.  I was thinking all of the babies under 1 year but I was curious if your LO is still likes rattles/when they stop liking rattles.  (E loves rattles, but I think he was also late getting "into" them.)

    DD still oves rattles. When she is holding one I start going "Shake! Shake! Shake! and she smiles and goes nuts shaking...LOL.

    Same here!  We say "Shake! Shake! Shake!" all the time.  DD loves it and starts shaking right away. :)
