I made mine by layering all the components in photoshop (background pattern, center solid color, then the letter), printed it on cardstock, and then cut each one out. This way, I only have one thing to cut. I did circles for Rory and rectangles with rounded corners for Cohen (pics tomorrow maybe?). I believe the outer circles were 5.5" in diameter, and then rectangles were similar in size.
If you don't know how to use photoshop, this is what I'd do:
- Get some patterned scrapbooking paper along with some solid 8.5x11 paper.
- In word, size each letter accordingly and then print them on the solid 8.5x11 paper.
- Cut out both, cutting the patterned paper larger than the solid paper with the letter. - Glue them together, and then punch holes to string your ribbon through each one. I actually used a needle and twine to do Cohen's which I loved.
Oh, and to cut circles, I used this handy tool along with the approprite sized templates. For the rectangles, I just used a paper cutter and a corner rounding tool. All found at Hobby Lobby.
If you'd like me to email you the template I put together, I'd be more than happy to. Just pm me your email address and then remind me if I forget, which has been known to happen! I've already sent it to j*w*.

Totally butting in here - but do you think maybe you could email me as well? I LOVE what you've done, but I am SO not creative with photoshop. Can I PM you my address? Thanks
