Sleeping question

DS is just over a year old and has slept really well since he's been about 6 months old.  The past few weeks he is waking up, about an hour or 2 after we put him to bed, screaming/crying and sometimes shaking.  I really can't figure out what it could be....night terrors, teething, reactions from his 1 year shots....all of the above?   It usually takes us about a half hour to calm him down and get him back to sleep. 

 Any other ideas??  TIA!

we're having similar issues at our house too.  Hoping it's just a phase and will pass soon.  I'm one tired Momma!
