Need direction on where to go from here..

DD asks to go to the potty and will go whenever I suggest it.  So she goes many times a day.  However, her diaper is always still wet.  I told her we could go to Target this weekend to pick out underpants and she is excited about it.  But do I just switch to undies cold turkey and deal with the messes?  She won't poop on the potty but controls it and tells us when she is going to go.  What's my next step?

I really think that cold turkey is the trick! Do you need the 3day potty training guide? If so let me know. Go cold turkey! Sadly there will be some messes but having the diaper i learned was my crutch. I do use pull ups at night though. She has been waking up dry lately so I might give it a shot lol

I do not have the 3 day PT guide.  I dont mind mess for a few days... I know it's worth it... and I agree, the diaper is def a crutch!

Go cold turkey.  We started the 3 day method on the 9th of July (just over a week ago) and DS has done great.  We managed to go to Sea World a day shy of 1 week of PT for (10.5 hrs) and he stayed dry the entire time.  He is getting where he can hold it for 4.5 hours or so.
