Femara success for PCOS?

    We tried clomid and that didn't work at all.  Then I switched to femara + glucophage and got pg that cycle.  Being pg helped me out too.  I still have some long cycles, but my hormone levels are much better and actually conceived #2 on our own (took about 6 months).  GL!

    I did not respond to clomid and also had horrible side effects, so putting me on higher doses didn't make sense. I moved to femara and did not respond to the 2.5 dose. I moved to the 5.0 dose and I ovulated! I'd never been so excited. After a few cycles of ovulating on the femara, I did not get pregnant so I moved to my first IUI + femara and was successful.

    I got PG with 3 cycle Femera see siggy.  Femera, Metformin, Trigger and IUI.  I had no side effects at all.

    I did one cycle of Clomid (100 mg) with no response and then got pregnant on my first cycle of 5 mg Femara with Ovidrel.  Good luck!
