we order diapers by the case from diapers.com for the beans. so we are less than 1/2 way through the latest case of newborn size diapers and the beans need the next size. i was sure we wouldn't be able to return the remaining open packs since we bought them by the case but figured there was no harm in calling and seeing.

well they will take them back, for credit, and are sending us a label for free shipping and on top of all that gave us a $10 loyalty credit!

They are awesome! We ordered baby food through them because it is hard to get some of the stuff that Linc can tolerate. They accidentally sent us a case of the wrong stuff, that he can not have. I called them, and they told me to donate the food to a shelter, sent me a new case and gave my account a 10.00 credit! I was impressed!

Did you send back open boxes of diapers? Like we have a 240 pack of 2s for Lincoln, and he is about too big for them, but we have like 3 of the 4 sleeves of diapers left. Is that what you returned?

the individual packages aren't open, i would call and see if they will take them back, you never know!

It can't hurt to ask. We can use them in the future, but storage in our rapidly shrinking house is at a premium!
